ITeC has always been a technically focused
organisation. As a consequence we have
some of the best research and development capability of any organisation in our
field. We can deploy these resources
to isolate and repair when required.
However, our R & D and field repair capability was always confined to Sydney
and Melbourne.
In 2005, we developed a partnership with
Toll Priority Techserv, the technical courier division of the Toll Group.
Now we have coverage at over 500 locations Australia wide for technical swaps, delivery and on-site installation.

preventative maintenance and minor repairs)

Now, simple module swaps, installations
or whole unit swaps can be enacted easily through ITEC without the need for multiple
subcontractors. Calls are simply logged
either electronically or direct to the Call Centre and the whole process is managed
by ITEC, to agreed SLA’s, with ITEC’s attention to detail and reporting from end to end along the process.
With our
partners Toll Priority Techserv, technical couriers are dispatched with replacement
parts or units and the maintenance call is performed. Damaged parts and units are returned to ITEC in Sydney or Melbourne for repair
and the spare parts pool is restocked; ready for the next maintenance call.
All calls
are traceable every step of the way by a web based track and trace system.
This system is accessible by password and integrates both the
ITEC and Toll systems so any part or job, are never lost from view.
