The ITeC quality system has been continuously
registered through JAS-ANZ since 1994. We currently maintain ISO9001:2000 accreditation
and are routinely audited by QMS Ltd.
All work performed by ITeC is managed
through processes and procedures with an underlying system of continuous quality
improvement. ITeC is attuned to the understanding that customer satisfaction is
paramount, but also that customer dissatisfaction and bad perceptions can be extremely
damaging to customer relationships. For this reason ITeC fully reviews each contract
and purchase order to ensure that each customers needs are identified and then these
are provided to our staff as customer requirements. We also allocate an Account
Manager to each customer ensuring information is duly communicated to the customer
and staff involved in the repair and logistics processes.
The implementation of systems to enable
continuous quality improvement has provided ITeC with a high level of market competitiveness.
Our logistics and repair procedures and processes are streamlined to maximise the
use of available resources, thus reducing operating costs and handling times.
