In the complete hardware maintenance process all you the customer would like is the replacement part. ITeC can offer you exchange and look after all backroom activities from there.
If the parts/equipment is still under warranty, we can either repair on the OEM’s behalf if we are an authorised warranty
repairer or we are able to manage the warranty claim and offer you credit.
This includes:

- No fault found testing

- Managing parts and labour credits
